Two dynamic team members reach new milestones at the country’s largest Italian QSR brand

Lexington, Kentucky (RestaurantNews.com) Fazoli’s today announced the promotions of two key executives from its leadership team – Vice President of Corporate Operations and Training, Tim Kimmel, and Vice President of Franchise Operations and Development, Wayne Wright .

Kimmel is a veteran of the Fazoli team, with almost 30 years of experience in Italy’s biggest Italian fast food brand. He began his career as a restaurant general manager and proved invaluable in his multiple roles supporting the management team. Kimmel’s wealth of knowledge will be leveraged to oversee brand productivity and improve operational and training measures to improve Fazoli’s overall business model.

Wright has nearly 25 years of experience investing, managing and franchise operating franchises with various restaurant brands. He has spent the past decade leading Fazoli franchisees to objectively analyze key performance indicators, weigh financial opportunities, and improve day-to-day operations to maximize profitability. Wright has a reputation for encouraging open communication with franchisees to help customize solutions that meet their restaurant’s needs.
