The infrastructure and transportation committee will meet at 9 a.m. to re-discuss Bill 133, which was introduced by council member Tamara Paltin and would make it illegal to park or abandon vehicles without a dock on property. public, sidewalk, street or highway.

Dockless vehicles, such as scooters and e-bikes, have become popular in many cities where people can use apps to rent the vehicles for a short time and park them anywhere once they’re done. . The bill says it could create pedestrian hazards and a parking nuisance.
